Ms Bhavya Kapoor discussed various issues relating to career planning and management like steps and process of planning, how to create individual identity, tips for effective management and strategies to become successful. The presentation was reflecting the work and experience of Ms. Bhavya Kapoor. She summed up the session by explaining ‘what backup plan to have if plan A of the career doesn’t work. This session was a very interactive session, students have raised many queries and they get clarified with the session regarding their career planning and placements.
