Mr Saahil Vyas, an alumnus of FBA - NRBBA, is an HRBP with Baxter (India) Commercial. He conducted a session on Grievances and Grievance Redressal.
Mr Saahil Vyas first talked about the features, causes and effects of grievance. He then talked about designing ‘grievance redressal mechanism’ and the ‘essentials of formal grievance procedure’ with emphasis of time-bound resolution of grievances and feedback to the aggrieved about the status of their grievances. Role of POSH Committees and Ethics and Compliance Departments, particularly at Baxter (India) were covered. The session ended with a Q & A round using the chat box option of WebEx. Worksheet drawn on this session was mailed to the students.
