Seminar on topic "How to EARN while you LEARN"

Faculty of Computer Applications & IT - PG Programme had organized a seminar by the students and for the students on the topic "How to EARN while you LEARN". The speakers of the seminar were students Maadhav Sharma, Kunal Jain, Vatsal Bhatiya and Pinkesh Tripathi. The basic idea of the seminar was to sensitize students about various student developer groups and getting the opportunity of developing skills like peer learning and self-learning. The students have formed a Coding Club namely CODE CRAFTERS for the GLSU-FCAIT students. Maadhav elaborated the aim of Code Crafters Club, where the members can get benefits of participating country wide hackathons, internship.
Opportunities, grants, crowd sourcing and many more. He also elaborated the need of social presence and how to make connections to various events. To make the session more
interactive a Quiz was been conducted by Vatsal, which was well partcipated by students. The motive of CODE CRAFTERS is to Join, Learn Grow and Earn together!
With the same theme MCA Sem-1 students namely Neel Shah, Eshita Khare and Tanvi Gupta introduced the audience about Google Developer Student Club and Google Cloud Ready Facilitator. They elaborated the context and need of the club and motivated the audience to kick start the journey of getting hands-on peer learning experience by joining the club.
The students were motivated and encouraged by Dr. Savita Gandhi - Dean FCAIT and Dr. Harshal Arolkar, Head-PG Programme, FCAIT.
