The institute is housed in a spacious building having modern interiors that pleases the visitors as well as students. It has well equipped computer laboratories, comfortable classrooms, separate faculty rooms, seminar-cum-conference room for placement activities and other amenities. The library is also housed in the same premises for easy access by the students. The serene and congenial environment encourages the students to stay at the campus longer for preparation of assignments, laboratory work and further reading in the library. Classroom
The institute has required a number of spacious fully furnished AC classrooms and tutorial rooms allocated for the use of MCA. The classrooms are equipped with facilities like LCD Projector facility, White/Black boards, Comfortable seats, equipment for audio-visual teaching.
Computing Facility
The computer laboratories have workstations with Ubuntu and MAC operating systems & RedHat LINUX, Ubuntu and MAC servers on fiber-optic backbone with all the necessary software packages and host of peripherals. Internet facility is available to all students through four dedicated high speed connections. This laboratory facility is open to students for access on all days. Separate Experimental Laboratory is also available to the students for hands-on unscheduled experiments. Besides these, students also have access to Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu and MAC operating system with development environments for experimental purposes.
Library Facility
The institute library is computerized and has more than 12000 books covering almost all areas of Computer Science and has subscribed to 86 national as well as international journals and periodicals in this discipline along with subscription of e-journals. An air-conditioned and spacious reading room has been provided in the premises of the library for the readers so that they can conveniently read the books/magazines and view the CDs whenever required.
Auditorium
GLS has a State of Art air conditioned Auditorium. It has a modular stage and green room. Apart from this it is equipped with audio-visual technical facilities and LCD projectors. All the International, National conferences, College Events, Seminars, Inaugural functions, Competitions, Quiz takes place in this auditorium. It can accommodate 275 people.
Cafeteria
A canteen is available at institute premises. Food items served are hygienic and of good taste as it is prepared by the inhouse chefs only. Varieties of food items are available which includes: Beverages, Bakery products, Snacks, Regular breakfast, lunch.
Open Air Theater
As a supplement to the Auditorium, an Open Air Theatre is available. All the cultural events like Annual day celebration, Alumni meets, Classical events, Social events, Freshers parties, Farewell parties take place here.
Play Ground
An outdoor and indoor sports facility is available at the Campus. The outdoor sports facility includes a Cricket ground, Basketball court, Volleyball court and Skating Rink. Students organize and play different competitions here.
Gymnasium
State of Art Gym emphasis on the scientific approach to fitness spread across an area of 12000 sq. ft. and two levels. The gym offers facilities like weight exercise area, crossfit area, yoga studio and activity center on first floor, and a Nutrition & Health café, consultation room, locker facilities, steam rooms, huge shower cabins etc on ground level!
