CA Dr. Mala Dani has a teaching experience of more than 16 years as an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Commerce. She holds M Com, M. Phil, C.A., Ph. D. degrees. Her areas of specialization are Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Law and Management. She has published 16 research papers in various National and International Journals. She is a Ph.D. Guide in Commerce at GLS School of Doctoral Research and Innovation. She had chaired a technical session in the International Conference in 2022. She is an author for several books in the subject of Accountancy and Taxation. She is a Resource Person for Training sessions at DTRTI (the Income tax department) for Income tax officers in the areas of Accounting and Tax laws. She was awarded with International Womens' Excellence Award in 2016 presented at Colombo, the Sri Lanka, by Sri Lanka United Nations Friendship Organization. In 2021, felicitated by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ahmedabad branch as one of the Gems of CA Profession for her outstanding contribution in the field of Academics.
She is also a National level Gold Medallist in Karate and has won several medals including Badminton Singles, Women's and Mix doubles in from 2014 to 2022.
