Dr. Bhavin Bhatt is an Assistant Professor having a teaching experience of more than two decades in the Academic field in the subjects of Accounts and Commerce. By qualification he is a Ph.D., M.Phil. and M.Com. He has done his doctorate in the subject of “An Analysis of Capital Structure of a Public Limited Company - Nirma Limited”. He has presented several Research papers at National and International Seminars/Conferences. Also, he has publications in various national and international journals and books to his credit. He is also a Ph.D. guide at GLS University’s School of Doctoral Research and Innovation. Under his guidance two students have been successfully awarded the doctoral degree. He has also provided services as a resource person/ subject expert at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for more than 10 years. He has co-authored many books for graduate students. He is a Sports Co-ordinator at Faculty of Commerce, GLS University.
