Dr. Hiral Jani has 13 years of academic experience, having good academic and teaching forte in English and Communication as an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Commerce. She is an educator with intense motive of sharing her knowledge in the academic arena. She has done her Doctorate on, “Indianness and Identity Crisis in Indian Diaspora Contemporary Women Writers: A study” from Gujarat University. Most of her research works are based on Diaspora Writings, Communication, English Language Teaching, Women empowerment and so on.
