Faculty of Law, GLS University organizes Shri I M Nanavati Memorial National Moot Court Competition every year to commemorate late Shri I M Nanavati. This year also Faculty of Law, GLS University organized Shri I M Nanavati Memorial National (Virtual) Moot Court Competition, 2022 on 8th and 9th January 2022. The two-day event displayed finesse in legal reasoning, critical thinking, advocacy skills and research skills of law students from all over the country. The Chief Guest for the Inaugural Ceremony was Hon’ble Justice Ms Bela Trivedi, Judge, Supreme Court of India. The Chief Guest for the function was Hon’ble Mr Justice Bhargav Karia, Judge, High Court of Gujarat, the Guest of Honour for the function was Hon’ble Ms Justice Sangeeta Vishen, Judge, High Court of Gujarat and Shri Sudhirbhai Nanavati Vice President GLS University presided over the event. This 7th edition of Shri I M Nanavati Memorial National (Virtual) Moot Court Competition, 2022 hosted 32 teams from top universities and law schools across India. The finals, was judged by an august panel of High Court Judges.
