Placements

The mutual trustful relationship between the faculty and students is what strengthens the placement cell. The Placement Cell aims at ensuring a transparent, trustworthy and accountable liaison between the prospective recruiters and the students. The Placement Cell thrives to cater to the best by understanding the needs of the students as well as the market.

Placement Procedure

A placement procedure at FOL starts in January and continues till July every year. In order to hone the skills of our students and make them capable enough to face the corporate world with utmost confidence, we train the students in following activities:

1. Resume writing: Students are trained to write their resume in a way that best meets the requirement of the corporate arena.
2. Resume verification: The submitted resumes are verified by the faculty in-charge of Placement cell
3. A drilling is done to make students confident and to enhance their communication skills
4. Workshops are conducted on interviewing etiquettes, group discussions and resume writing
5. Mock interviews and discussions are held
