A Lecture conducted online on WebEx on BPO, KPO and Service sharing Centres was organized for Semester V and Semester III students by Mr. Amit Jain, a software engineer having 28 years of experience in heading large Global Finance Shared Service Center (Knowledge Process Insourcing) at Teradata Consulting. Sir shared his vast experience of over 12 years with the students and gave an in-depth insight into the area of BPO, KPO and SSC, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the students with a perfect interactive atmosphere.
