The workshop was conducted in January 2020 at the GLS Auditorium. It was a very interactive session. The three-hour workshop was full of live corporate examples. The workshop threw some light on importance of relations with customers. The underlying message of workshop highlighted the importance of know your customers to attain customer retention. The expert Mr Sanjay Chakraborty gave some amazing insights by sharing his personal experience of CRM with examples like Bakeri Real Estates Group, AB Jewels, etc. Also, the key insights from Street vendors, Mumbai Dabbawalas to MNC Dettol and others, were quite helpful in gaining deep understanding of the subject. Overall, the workshop did achieve the objective of bringing industrial skill set in classroom.
